The ‘Retreat’ is multi-functional with the following uses: teenage retreat, pool house, billiard room, sewing studio, a rumpus room and many more.

Lightweight construction was used to provide flexibility on the site, and also reduced the cost of materials and aided quick building.

Designed not only to retain heat in the winter but also to limit the amount of sun coming in through the summer months, the Retreat is a very eco-friendly studio. Colorbond roof line, insulation and carefully considered window location and size assist light and ventilation.
